From the very beginning, we invested in building a highly skilled team. We recruited talented young Ethiopian filmmakers and provided them with intensive training through lectures, workshops, and mentorship from renowned Ethiopian, European, and American filmmakers. These comprehensive training programs, combined with hands-on experimental projects, have helped our team master professional workflows and industry-standard equipment.
